Red velvet cuppy cakes baked by yours truly. :)) Not bad for a first timer. :P I spent the first day of my semestral break with a friend from high school and this is the final product. I just finished putting the frosting on what was left from what my friend took home. And I’m really glad that I had a friend bake with me because, well, I wouldn’t have too many temptations in a cup at home. HAHAHA.

Yes, I know, this looks bad for my whole trying to lose weight and all. But I don’t think so. I come from a family of 6, so I bet they’ll eat it all before I even get to my 2nd cupcake. And I believe in letting yourself indulge once in a while. :P As long as it’s all in moderation. :>
